What you can Expect from Us
Require contact and identification information in order to comply with various requirements of the CICC Code Of Ethics and CICC Regulations.
Provide a quote for legal services, and an ICCRC-compliant Retainer Agreement which outlines the services Richard’s will provide.
Prepare a custom and bespoke application, which reflects the uniqueness of the applicant him/herself. Unlike other firms, we do not rely on stock templates and just change the applicant information.
Be available to speak with the applicant or the company representative to answer any related questions regarding the application.
Provide a thorough and in-depth assessment of your applicant, to determine practical and cost-effective immigration strategy.
Require the signature of a privacy agreement that authorizes Richard’s to disclose applicant personal information to corporate representative, or Immigration Canada offices.
Provide instructions on documents required for the preparation of the application, as well as answering auxiliary questions regarding document format, document language, scan quality, among others.
Work with the corporate representative and the applicant, to explain the immigration strategy, including process, timelines and eligibility requirements.
Not delegate the preparation of your application to junior members, such as clerks or assistants.
Review documentary evidence to ensure immigration strategy remain applicable and inform the corporation and the applicant of any concerns or deviations from the strategy.
